DISCLOSURES

Commercial relationships are represented only when they are real.

Fast Home Help is an owned routing property of Brutal Honesty Solutions LLC. BHS Home Solutions does not perform the repair, installation, restoration, locksmith, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, garage-door, or other home service itself.

Commercial relationship disclosure

BHS will not represent a provider, marketplace, network, dealer, contractor, affiliate, referral, or tracking relationship as active unless the underlying relationship is factual and the route has been approved for the property and service category.

Compensation disclosure

If BHS may receive compensation from an approved consumer handoff, lead, call, referral, appointment, sale, or other defined event, the applicable disclosure should be presented at or before the relevant monetized handoff or commercial call-to-action when required. A general disclosures page is not intended to be the only notice.

Provider responsibility

Third-party providers and routing partners remain responsible for their own licensing, insurance, estimates, pricing, warranties, service quality, workmanship, personnel, scheduling, representations, legal obligations, and customer support. Any BHS verification statement is limited to the specific criteria and time expressly stated; it is not a guarantee of future performance.

No invented affiliation or endorsement

BHS will not display a partner logo, tracking link, approved-provider status, promotional code, commission statement, or endorsement unless the relationship and permission are established. A category match or routing result does not itself mean that BHS endorses a particular provider.

Partner brand and technology permissions

Partner names, trademarks, logos, tracking links, call-tracking numbers, APIs, feeds, advertising copy, creative assets, and technical credentials may be used only within documented authorization, campaign rules, security requirements, and applicable law.

Tracking and compensation terms

Before monetization is activated, the applicable agreement should define the commissionable or billable event, attribution method and window, duplicate and reject rules, geographic or service eligibility, cancellations, returns, chargebacks, reconciliation, reporting access, payment timing, minimum payout if any, tracking-discrepancy procedures, audit rights, and treatment of test traffic.

Traffic-source restrictions

The current control surface treats marketplace-listing traffic, purchased lists, co-registration, third-party email, and unapproved sub-affiliates as prohibited. New sources should not be activated without documented approval.
