TERMS

Terms of use

Fast Home Help is a service-classification and routing property operated by Brutal Honesty Solutions LLC through BHS Home Solutions. BHS is not the contractor or technician performing the requested home service.

BHS ownership and intellectual property

Except for identified third-party materials, the Fast Home Help brand presentation, original written content, routing experience, classification logic, safety-interruption design, source-provenance methods, consent architecture, software, code, data structures, workflows, documentation, and other original BHS materials are owned by or licensed to Brutal Honesty Solutions LLC. No ownership interest is transferred by viewing the site, receiving routed demand, linking to the property, or entering a commercial relationship with BHS.

Limited site use

Visitors may use Fast Home Help for lawful personal service-routing purposes. No person or commercial partner may copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, white-label, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, create a competing derivative from, or commercially exploit BHS proprietary content, routing logic, consent architecture, source organization, data, workflows, or brand assets except as expressly authorized in writing or permitted by applicable law.

No implied partner license

An affiliate, publisher, lead-buyer, marketplace, contractor, provider, referral, advertising, tracking, API, or other commercial relationship does not by itself grant any license to Fast Home Help or other BHS intellectual property. Any permission must be specific, limited, documented, and subject to the applicable written agreement.

Third-party provider responsibility

Third-party providers and routing partners remain responsible for their own licensing, insurance, estimates, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, personnel, warranties, representations, permits, regulatory obligations, safety practices, customer service, and fulfillment. BHS does not assume those responsibilities merely because it classifies or routes a consumer request.

Verification limits

If BHS represents that a provider, geography, credential, capacity state, or other fact has been verified, that statement is limited to the criteria, source, and time actually checked. Verification is not a warranty of future availability, conduct, workmanship, licensing status, insurance status, or outcome.

Emergency and safety boundary

Fast Home Help is not an emergency-dispatch service. When the system detects a possible immediate hazard, normal commercial routing is designed to stop and the consumer is directed toward an appropriate emergency service or utility from a safe location. Consumers should not rely on Fast Home Help as a substitute for emergency services.

Commercial relationships

BHS does not claim an active partner, provider, marketplace, affiliate, referral, or tracking relationship unless that relationship is factual. Approved relationships may be subject to route-specific disclosures, compensation rules, tracking requirements, data-use restrictions, and consumer-consent controls.

No independent warranty of third-party services

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BHS does not make independent warranties regarding third-party services, provider performance, estimates, pricing, availability, warranties, or outcomes. Any service warranty or remedy is provided by the responsible third party unless BHS expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Partner termination and survival

Partner agreements should address termination rights and the post-termination treatment of BHS intellectual property, tracking credentials, consumer data, confidential information, accrued payment obligations, audit/reconciliation rights, outstanding complaints, and other duties that should survive termination.

Legal review

Final governing-law, venue, arbitration, class-action waiver, indemnity, insurance, limitation-of-liability, confidentiality, data-processing, trademark-license, exclusivity, non-solicitation, and other negotiated partner provisions should be reviewed in the actual agreement before BHS relies on them.
